Tropic Marin® O-Megavital Nori are natural red algae of the genus Porphyra. They are a rich food source readily accepted by many marine fish, especially surgeonfish and other algae and biofilm grazers. These so-called nori algae are characterized by a high content of protein, B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, and B12), and taurine.
