Pair of Neopetrolisthes ohshimai, Ohshima's porcelain crab

The Neopetrolisthes oshimai , also known as the porcelain crab , is an exceptionally peaceful and attractive crayfish. As a filter feeder, this crayfish prefers a well-watered area in the aquarium, ideally near an anemone. It can accept both larger host anemones and smaller ones, such as Mini-Max carpet anemones, as its home.

As a filter feeder, the porcelain crayfish requires very fine, drifting food. It does not actively search for food, which is why it is recommended to place the food directly into the current so that it reaches its usual spot.
